The plant is approved by Agricultural and Processed Food Products Export Development Authority (APEDA), Ministry of commerce, Government of India, for export of meat and meat products.
The Plant is also approved by the Food Safety and Standard Authority of India (FSSAI), a food regulatory body, under the Ministry of Health, Government of India to produce safe and quality meat as per schedule IV of FSSAI.

AL-DUA FOOD PROCESSING PVT. LTD. has setup most modern, integrated abattoir cum meat processing plant at Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh in 2012. The plant is approved by Agricultural and Processed Food Products Export Development Authority (APEDA), Ministry of commerce, Government of India, for export of meat and meat products.
The Plant is also approved by the Food Safety and Standard Authority of India (FSSAI), a food regulatory body, under the Ministry of Health, Government of India to produce safe and quality meat as per schedule IV of FSSAI.
The plant has been setup with latest state-of-art technology. HACCP and ISO 22000 are implemented to ensure highest degree of hygiene, sanitation and phyto-sanitary requirements as per the international Animals Health Organisation (O.I.E.) based in Paris and Codex Alimentarius Food safety parameters are maintained as per international guidelines.
The plant has in-house R&D Laboratory to monitor quality. The plant has ETP and rendering plant to maintain eco-friendly environment.
The animals are procured from disease free area and individual identification and traceability are maintained. The animals are rested for 24hours. Ante-mortem examination is carried out and only fit animals are slaughtered as per Islamic Shariyat (The plant is fully dedicated halal facility). The slaughtered animals are subjected to post Mortem examination. The approved carcasses are kept in chillers for 24 hours at 2-4°C to obtain pH below 6. Thereafter, carcasses are deboned and de-glanded and meat is frozen at -40°C in plate/blast freezers to attain deep bone temperature of -18°C.
